The Competitive Rowing Program is designed for dedicated athletes who are committed to training at a high level and competing with purpose. The program follows a structured training schedule of up to seven days per week, including coach-led morning sessions focused on technical refinement, fitness development, and race preparation.

Athletes train in a performance-oriented environment that emphasizes on-water skill execution, strength and conditioning, aerobic development, race strategy, and team cohesion. Sessions are planned and supervised by experienced coaches who provide real-time technical feedback, individualized cues, and progressive training plans aligned with seasonal performance goals.

This program is suited for motivated and reliable athletes who are prepared to prioritize training, recovery, and competition. Whether the objective is podium performance, personal bests, university rowing preparation, or long-term athlete development, the Competitive Rowing Program provides the structure, coaching expertise, and culture necessary to support high performance.

Eligibility & Selection
Athletes who have previously participated in the Competitive Program or who have competed at the university level may be considered for placement. All other athletes must be evaluated by a coach prior to acceptance.
