Our Recreational Membership is perfect for adults who want to enjoy rowing in a welcoming, community-focused environment on beautiful Lake Couchiching.

Members can:

• Form a crew and row in team boats

• Row independently in singles

• Partner up in doubles

• Try coastal rowing, a growing discipline supported by the club

We currently offer coastal singles and doubles, with a coastal quad joining the fleet later this season — a stable and versatile option well suited to lake conditions.

Recreational members are welcome to join organized rowing tours and social events hosted by club volunteers.

 

As a volunteer-driven club, there are also opportunities to get involved and support the Board — contributions of time and skills are always appreciated.
