Summer Rowing Camps Kids can learn basic rowing skills and have fun with a variety of land and water-based activities!  Row for Gold Rowing Camp11 - 15 years of age The Orillia Rowing Club, in partnership with Orillia Parks and Recreation, are pleased to offer a learn-to-row camp teaching basic skills including: technical information & equipment use, crew formation, row stroke technique, racing strategies and safety procedures on and off the water. Each participant should come prepared with a bathing suit, towel, water shoes, fifi lled water bottle, running shoes, comfortable rowing gear (no jeans or baggy clothes), snacks and sunscreen and hat. (Max. 10) This half-day camp runs from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM. There is no extended care available. Fee: $115 (resident of Orillia); $143.75 (non-resident) July 19-23 and August 16 - 20
